Led by Gina, an experienced 200-hour yoga teacher with an additional 40-hour specialist pregnancy yoga training, you will be guided through a nurturing practice tailored to meet the unique needs of expectant mothers. Key Features: 1. Comfort and Support: - Props and Bolsters: A variety of props and bolsters are provided to ensure maximum comfort and support throughout the session. These aids will help you find ease in each pose, accommodating your changing body and allowing you to fully relax. 2. Gentle Yoga Practice: - Prenatal-Friendly Poses: The class includes gentle, prenatal-friendly yoga poses tailored to support your body during pregnancy.
